Meet the Founder
Catharine Harris, Managing Partner
Catharine Harris has been active in the recruitment industry for more than 25 years. In addition to her experience as a senior recruiter in such diverse areas as mining and resources, engineering, information technology, aeronautical, finance and general administration, she opened and developed the Quebec market for a multinational recruitment firm as Managing Director of its Montreal office for 9 years. She also held the position of Vice-president of a leading international firm specializing in mining and resources, construction, information technology, and finance for a period of 10 years.
From a family that in 1954, founded and still operates one of the first placement and recruitment firms to open its doors in Montreal, a firm that has grown in large part due to her efforts, her clients have remained extremely loyal to her as a service-provider. She is known for her competence, her effectiveness, her energy, and her network of contacts. As well, she is recognized for her attentiveness to her clients, her absolute adherence to their imperatives and for her post-placement follow-up. Her reputation for her client-centered approach is well-known in the industry.
