To manage the process engineering team and support business development through management of proposals in MOSCOW.

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director Russia. The successful candidate will be required to provide support to the project execution function. Candidate will form part of the management team.

Oversee and manage the team of process engineers to carry out the following, where necessary to guide, mentor and train as required:
- Pursue discussions with clients to ensure that proposed plant offered meets their expectations
- Draw up the process design criteria
- Develop testwork regimes
- Draw up PFD / P&ID’s
- Sign off flow sheets and P&ID’s
- Complete the process narrative, operational philosophy and functional specification
- Draw up the process guarantees
- Ensure integrity of all process development

Sign off all process related issues throughout engineering phase until completion of project:
- Sign off flow sheets, PDC, HAZOP analysis and P&ID’s
- Conduct Hazop reviews
- Conduct design reviews
- Advise the project managers on process risk

Assist in the marketing and proposals for future work:
- Market process techncology solutions
- Draft proposals

Manage the process engineers on projects:
- Manage employee technical expertise
- Manage engineers’ commissioning activities
- Direct the setup of the process activities on the project
- Ensure compliance to engineering processes

Management of the Process Dept:
- Manage department
- Occasionally act as Business Line proposals Manager
- Give support to Engineering Manager
- Train engineers (formally and informally)
- See to engineers’ personal development and well-being
- Ensure technical excellence

To commission the projects on site:
- Commission individual projects until completion
- Train client personnel

• Professionally the successful candidate will be a B.Sc. / B.Eng (Process) graduate.
• Proven track record of 8 years plus experience in engineering, project process management, within a processing (Metals & Minerals) is required for this position.
• Individual needs to be proactive, professional and leads by example with a detailed and demonstrable knowledge of engineering design development
